The tires for this bad boy were engineered in the fiery pits of hell in order to torture any poor soul who attempts a tire change.

You can change the tire without removing the motor lol I've done it 5 times now. However, seeing the exposed motor is definitely cool :) The clamping technique is a big help. I discovered this when putting a new tire on as it kept slipping off the rim at a different place (because it was new and slick), this will save you at least 30 minutes. BTW, inflate to 40-50psi or you WILL get pinch flats (that's why I had to do this so many times).

I'm 4min into the video and I'm already drained of energy to even bother

How hard can it be to make a small tyre a lot easier to change?

I did this with wrench, allen key and only 3 screwdrivers + an unholy prayer to all damned gods, a lot of screaming and pain....boy what a time....

Amazing video. Managed it with a few different tools but followed your directions. Saved so much effort in changing the tube. Thanks.

thanks very much for a straight forward explanation. Did my first tyre and tube change in under two hours, no swearing, no bleeding.

Changing the tire on my hover one journey, was the most difficult tire change I've ever done in my entire 37 years of life. It was ridiculous, hilarious, and super frustrating all the same time. There's a pro tip when changing the back tire, put the disc brake on the side away from you. I cut the shit out of my hands on that thing. 🤣🤣🤣

Oh my goodness. I finally made it after a few days of trying. The lubricant liquid is the key to put the tire back. Thanks for the video!

Excellent. I have looked at several videos on this subject, and this is by far the best.

Made the whole process so clear. But also made me realize that unlike bikes, these guys arent really made to be replaced outside the workshop. You can only bring so much with you. So better grab a ride home and repair it there. Thinking of changing the front to honeycomb airless tires.

THANK YOU! The technique to remove the engine and the clamps to remove the tire really made the whole process easier. If I'd seen this movie before I started it would have saved me a LOT of time.

Wow, thanks for showing this. It's so much harder compared to changing a bicycle tire!

Oh man, thank you! The clamping method did the trick, awesome! I was struggling trying to juggle three pry tools, trying to keep the first part of the tire inside, but it kept slipping out while I was working on the second half to no avail. Thank you so much! :)))
