Excellent video Brittany! You are so good at these close up Light triggers videos and follow instructions videos! They always seem to come at the right time and are amazing with both relaxation purposes and inducing tingles as well!

My favorite parts of this particular video are:

1. Light sabers

2. Light tracing numbers on ya colored index card (really glad ya brought this trigger back)

3. Covering our eyes / counting down / Focus trigger ✋was a great conclusion to this video! I’m really liking that ya have been utilizing this covering the lens cover trigger more in recent videos as it’s an underrated visual trigger that is highly effective
