Just a note for anyone with epilepsy or epilepsy-like situations like myself! There aren't exactly flashing lights I'd say but there are quick lights on and off the screen so just be careful!

As someone who mostly gets tingles with visual triggers i always have a hard time specifically using asmr to sleep because when I close my eyes i stop feeling the tingles immediately so i just use it to relax usually. Thats the first time im able to feel tingles with my eyes closed since i could still "see" a visual trigger with the light 😁🥰 tysm for the great video and kudos for the creativity <3
