That would actually be very neat to have Billie restaurants that served plant-based foods.
Years ago, I was fortunate enough to go to Bill Wyman's (of The Rolling Stones) Sticky Fingers restaurant in London, Engand. (Now permanently closed, sadly. 😔) It was a memorable experience.
A Billie Eilish themed restaurant would actually be very unique and interesting.
