I may be wrong but i understood the episode like this:
Its an hearing test and the doc makes a sound at the left or right ear of the person. The person must say if the sound is at the left or at the right by raising their right or left hand
So basically the O girl raised the wrong hand yet seemed really confident
The A boy was anxious and hesitant about raising which hand
The B guy sat face to face with the doc yet he wasnt supposed to do so...so the doc made the test but it didnt make sense since the guy could see where the sound was coming from thats why he had the wtf look on his face
And the AB guy just doesnt give a shit about the test being correctly done so he just does it like this lol
I dont know if im correct but it makes sense to me like that 😂
