One of my dyslexic sons, my 11-year-old, is very driven to make money. He has made hundreds of dollars over the last 6 months selling lemonade, chips, and candy. He used some of that money to start breeding Guinea pigs which he plans on selling so he can save up to breed and sell chameleons and eventually Macaws. He has always liked caring for animals.

Good video. You bring up a lot of interesting points. We hear things like this and it gets quoted and works it’s ways into the myths of dyslexicia. Most myths are based on some truth or perception/observation. But with out qualifications and full exploration the Kernel of truth takes on a life of its own and is embellished. We all have a propensity to validate our beliefs with confirmation biased research. Also what is “success?” At what cost was the so called success achieved? What was the motivation for the endeavor? Correlation is not proof of causation.
