Hi, if the owner has left the organisation and therefore left the team and hasn't assigned anyone else as the owner. How can we add a new member to the team? Everytime we try the link is sent to the owner however they are no longer part of the organisation.

ok, great video as far as the "its simple just click here and add you person. I get "didn'd find any matches" I have the person in my contacts list. Where does this app retrieve the member? Is there a way besides "Guest" to add these people? I have tried to look up the help in the app and it gives me the same rainbow and glitter answer just do xxx and all is well.

Hi, I have added 30 members in team but I able to see only 6 members. What should I do to see all the members.

Help. In both the Edge browser and resident PC App. When I attempt to add new members and open the applet. They are people outside my organization. I start typing names of my contacts and nothing appears. It only recognizes me. I can click on contacts in the side panel and see all my contacts, but I cannot make them a Team member. The same thing happens when I try to make a call. Thanks.

If you invite a person outside you organization (a guest) is it possible to give the specific guest the same permission as a member?

Hi! I am having an issue where i cannot add a member as a "member", but only as a guest. There is no way to promote him to Member after adding. How do I add him to the organization as a member?

Where do I find those people ! I tried doing it using iOS app . I click on add member — then I type in the name but nothin shows up .. ok trying to do this from doing account two diff phones .. so one is I added the app to the phone and signed in and the other with me as well both have apps and both signed on
