a tamiya glue has come into my hands, but this is "Tamiya Cement", is it the same for this?

Wow, in Germany that bottle of cleaner tripled it's price...😅
Anyway, it's still a very low cost method to make some sprue goo...and to ged rid of those tons of sprues (being a "recycling fanatic" German I always have a tear in my eye when I dispose of it...).
