I am happy I can do five to eight push-ups in proper form. I started working out four months ago by myself at home, I am definitely stronger, and I know it will take me a long time to even do a pull-up. Self-motivation is hard, sometimes I feel I am not cut out for this, sometimes I cry, sometimes I want to give up; but I have one simple goal in mind: lift 120 lb, very simple for many, but I can't do it. Also, my core and shoulders are still super weak, I am working on them. I have to keep pushing myself. I waited too long, nothing could go wrong at this point, any additional pound I add to my dumbbells is a success, I can do it.

I was doing shit like this as a kid in the 80's and 90's. almost got expelled in the first week of highschool for being a human flag at the top of the flag pole out front of the school. people are still talking about it there today.
