What is the reverse mounted lens near the beginning of the clip?

Can you combine for example Canon 18-55 mm kit with Laowa 60 mm and Raynox dcr-250 altogether? Starter photographer here, I have a Canon eos 1000d body. Also, is there any specific flashlamp that you recommend?

And if you don’t have the money to buy all the equipment there are cheap macro lenses online that work alright. I use a magnifying glass on my phone camera, and it comes out pretty good. Before buying expensive equipment, I would definitely try the hobby on cheaper, already obtained, gear.

I tried to take macro of ants. Turned out they were flying ants. They swarmed and but me all over.
