Favorite book ever. Favorite movie ever. Hate that they made a remake of it. Noomi Rapace and Mikael Nyqvist will for ever be the only Lisbeth Salander and Mikael Blomkvist to me.

Noomi Rapace conveyed what a woman who had gone through the abuse and hell she had suffered real!! She lived it...but it did not make her bitter or broken!!! Instead she decided to get justice for others as well as herself and in doing so...showed us that...some people, no matter what they have suffered...can still give love and compassion to others!! Noomi's character embodied Lisbeth more than the books did! If people can't dig deep enough to see this!...instead of a glossed up version!!!!
