NOTE: TSR ignores foliage motion vectors. Using TAA with the output velocity will fix this with low enough samples and TAA frame weight.

Select "output velocities due to vertex deformation" in the project settings, engine, rendering, optimizations. It works in 5.3 at least. In UE4 it does not work for me

Dude just start a new project and deselect the starter pack and turn off the AA in nvidia control panel
