Sleeping to River Water White Noise + 432 HZ Frequency + Dim Screen

Enjoy Sleeping to River Water White Noise and 432 hz with a evening dim screen. For this week's relaxing video we went to the Tellico River basin to film the water white noise and we combined a 432 hertz tuning fork into the background for extra calming and sleeping effects.

At the start of the video the screen slowly dims until we reach that twilight dusk feeling. From there you can watch the white water ripple for a relaxing visual as the calming water white noise puts you to sleep. This was filmed in 4k as I stood in the center of the relaxing river. Here is a short equipment list that we use to create all of these relaxing sleep videos which includes, but is not limited too the following. Go Pro's, A Nikon 7500, A Mavic Pro Drone, a trusty Tascam DR-40 for most of the audio recordings in mp3 format at 320 kbps, a range of microphones including a Sure 57 for that nice low end sound. It’s beautiful that the sound of flowing rivers is a sound that we find very relaxing and peaceful. This almost skip my mind before being reminded that for those who know the higher being and that In the book of Quran it is mentioned that, If we seek our creator, if our works on this earth and beautiful and sincere. Hey Randall this is the first video i've found of yours and I love it! I wanted to say THANK YOU for the 432 hz tone! I've learned so much about frequency lately and how 440 hz which is normal for a lot of audio could possible be slightly damaging to us! And that the 432hz is considered Healing! So this is SO amazing man and really means a lot as my 7 month old daughter sleeps to this at night to rest better. I for one would LOVE more 432 based sounds! I appreciate you and God Bless
