My favorite as well. Buries my tinnitus since the sounds are so close to the same frequency. I’m actually sleeping two more hours a night!

This is the BEST Cricket Video. The Crickets are Exactly like the Ones Here at My house. Sound SOO Natural. I Love the "Slower Sounding Ones like this" instead of the higher pitched faster ones. These are Extremely more Peaceful. Thank You so very Much. Much Much 💖 💖 💖 Love

My favorite sleep sounds. Reminds me of sleeping next to a babling creek. Other sounds have noises or frequencies that wake / irritate me, this one is perfect! Thank you!

I recently have been under a great deal of stress so I needed to hone my meditation abilities in order to relax. There was a time when I taught a large group of over 18 year old teens how to meditate and I used to do life regression and deep memory activation meditations. My life just went a different direction and so 24 years later, I am back to find peace.

I have the image and now the sounds for the image. I recently watched Alone, the tv show and took a location from the view of the shore one shot showed. In order to not complicate the visualization too much, I saw it as a picture first, no sound or movement. Then, as I didn't need to develop more imagery, I added the audio to this video. Next, I turned to building from inside my mind and the stressors bothering me. I used the sun and moon to dictate how my body would feel when experiencing time, turning a day into an hour of meditation but without a sense of urgency or the speed of time. I focused then on the most simple of things, breathing. Then I felt temperatures and light and so on. When I gained all of the senses and could hold the visual, I started a list. My list included making what I need to survive. After I made these things I focused on what I want to make me more comfortable. Needs vs wants. Once I made my mind and body able to handle the stressors of survival I started with my soul. Some would start there but I am a list oriented person and the only way I could get to the fun stuff was to be able to complete the essential tasks first.

I augmented the whole meditation with collecting wild foods. The process allowed me to use things I made in my mind, a spoon, a bowl, a cooking fire and the comfort of the smell a fire imparts. When my body feels safe, I can focus more on what I have to tackle emotionally. My stress includes the people I love right now. My husband and I agreed recently that for a change, we are the normal ones and everyone else is in a crazy stage. I want to be there for them but rather than be a daughter, mother, Nana or sister, I want to be a friend. It is a hard thing to see loved ones struggle. I want to take over their problems and heal them by fixing things. The codependency this inhales only hurts them because they don't experience the wins and fails involved in life decisions. In other words, when helping the one you love hurts them.

Tonight, I thought it would help me over the bump in my process. I am sicker than usual right now so it is hard to visualize and feel like the meditation is fleshing out because of pain. So, I am going back to the start and figuring out how to get from closing my eyes to the point of feeling the release of control. ''I hope this message is read and that who ever you are, know that I appreciate your time.

So good. Just wish it was 10 hours for those of us who sleep longer and would be woken up by it going quiet and then loud again with the loop feature.
