Queens dont go after rainstorms for the reason of the soil being weaker, its to raise the humidity, which is why in some places here in NC and SC, you dont even need rain for them to have a nuptial flight because its so humid

I catched an queen ant today she is just outside my house and u can see how many queen ant in philipines at night bcuz queen ant are attracted to lights

Don't use vinyl tubes. I put 3 queen camponotus in some and all three died, but the one queen I put in a glass one is still alive and the one I put in a plastic one layed an egg.

Don't use tap water as it can mould the cotton. Use bottled water instead

I got a harvester queen, and she was being chased by harvester ants, and they tried to attack her, but luckily, I caught her and moved her into a test tube, and she laid eggs
