Thank you for posting this video. I would hate for this to happen to my new dji fpv drone. You no doubt saved many from making the same mistake. I believe that you can disable that feature in google settings (emergency prop stop). Go to settings, safety, advance settings, emergency propeller stop.

I was pressing the hell out of that button thinking that was the return to home button and I'm glad my drone did not fall out the sky thank you for this video!

You flat out messed up its on you not dji did you fly any simulator time ? No you probably just thought I got this and now look what happened this is a perfect example of why you need to fly 100 hours minimum on sim BEFORE attempting manual flight mode suck it up bro!

Lmao this only happened because you were in manual mode. I know this because I made the same mistake and I was in sport mode. My drone didn't fall out of the sky. I remember reading about it later on and start/stop is for manual mode. You goofed so hard. Never go straight to manual mode. Why would they give your noob ass a free done...hahahaha

I lost my fpv a week ago .. because of same shit ... i accidently pressed Start / Stop button twice .. while trying to record for a shot .. the drone dropped from 150m into a fucking lake...and cant be recovered !! ...

TBH ive had mine since it came out and flew it once in acro and crashed it lightly and never bothered with it again. Settings which should be on by default are not, the rates are set too high by default, absolute trash drone, the controller is trash too especially when compared to their real fpv remote.

I did the same at 600ft on the air couldn't get the drone to restart. Called sent drone to dji and asked why would it let me kill the engines and no re start even though emergency propeller stop is disabled. They asked my for the flight data and say it was user error and refused to cover my repair or give a solution. Ender up paying 310$ for repair
