Fixing WinGet Install for good

Using the microsoft store is terrible, so I'm changing winget install to do everything through powershell. .

Question though if anyone can answer. If i see any enrollment or organization restrictions on settings im assuming its due from winutil or tiny10 2303 version? Just wanna make sure that's normal thats all. Thanks!

Why do you think dump files are not helpful? They have saved me so many times when trying to find what caused a blue screen. Driver, app, etc

Forced to reinstall windows and winget is busted for me
