Thank you, I have the fi tech 400. We need more videos like this I have emailed fi tech countless times for help with no response. And I don’t know people in houston that know how to tune it. Can we get more videos please

You need to do more tech and tuning videos. I have off idle stumble/hesitation.

On the 600 the idle screw is the tps and once you get to zero, alot of the times your iac might be like 30. I found after you get to 0 on your tps adjusting the timing and idle speed can get you into the 0-10 range

For better understanding you guys should consider redoing this video. Clearing showing adjustments of the front and rear screw. Thank you

Which screw is being adjusted, the one in front or the rear?

Once you get the IAC set, do you go back to the idle screw TPS and put it back to normal

Where is the idle screw. It wa nice looking at the gauge but would be nice to see which screw you are turning.

Is tps supposed to be at 0 mines at 0.5 but my iac between 8 and 10 so that’s good

Found what appears to be the solution on their website (finally).

Tldr:
1 -- Initial setup > idle setup > idle set mode: on
2 -- Go to large gauges, make sure iac is set to show, show the gauges
3 -- adjust idle screw until iac is in the 1-10 range
4 -- shut off engine, wait for numbers to disappear
5 -- start engine and verify it took

My idle went up about 100-150, I've read in the forums that people needed to do the iac steps sequence as many as 5 times to dial it in. It's getting a test drive right now, but I'll hit it again and see if I can get it to idle with the right iac at the right rpm. Do NOT set learn iac when you enable idle set mode, you'll just be running in circles, possibly for days! 🤣🤬🤣

I have the fitech 4 and I don’t have on my controller the idle screw set tps on it so what do I do then

Ultimate ls does not have that menu option. We can get it to 0-10 range with high idle, but bringing idle back down brings iac back up. Tried enabling pro mode, but that menu option still doesn't exist.

You needed a split screen to see what and where you were screwing and doing out of focus.

Whether its a carb or throttle body, don't adjust anything until your coolant is at operating temperature.
