My dishwasher came with the house, I’m trying to clean it but it would appear that the tab is broken off flush so it’s holding the arm on but I can’t grasp it to pull it out. What do you suggest?

Is there a washer under this arm please because I took my dishwasher apart to clean it and then turned it on just to see how it would run if I could drain it more and then the washer popped out from somewhere it's a metal washer?

Why would you leave out the reinstall of the wash arm support locking tab? It's only the hardest part of the job.

Since the locking tab is how the wash arm stays in place, you will need to replace the wash arm.
