Easy budget GoPro DIY grip handle and pole mount

Make a grip handle and extension pole mount with your unused FCS fin plug piece from the surf mount pack.

Paint roller pack with extension pole is around $10 from hardware store or paint shop.

Hi mate, I used my battery drill with a 4 mm drill bit. I put the FCS mount into position inside the paint roller handle then drilled all the way through the handle and mount which made sure the bolt holes were all lined up. Cheers!

Hi Rhys, I actually bought the Go Pro Surfboard mount kit and used the white stick on mounts and tethers on my board BUT also in the kit was the FCS mount so that's why I was looking for a way to use it. Good luck.

Hey snow88skate, I used a battery power drill to make a number of holes around the metal roller shaft and then twisted it out, cleaned up the hole then glued and screwed on the fcs mount. All the best!
