People think that Republicans are good for the economy because business is a traditional GOP constituency. The fact is that the business lobby is more about rent-seeking corruption benefitting the richest firms rather than actually improving prosperity overall. Their positions (lower taxes and fewer regulations) never change, no matter what the situation, which SHOULD tell everyone they're not really all that realistic or genuine. Labor is far more trustworthy in making good faith proposals that DO actually help everyone.

Here in Australia, on our news, we had Scaramuci cleverly claiming Trump is in the "box seat." He went on to say Harris must start attacking Trump harder for the remainder of the campaign on various issues. This is the way Democrats must think to get the job done. Underdog!
