A quick run down on the process of exporting meshes from Maya to Unreal Ed with collisions for those of you who are having problems like I did when I was trying to figure it out. There's a lot more to the creation of collisions and considerations to make, decimation and stuff that I don't get into but here's a quick outline to help you on your way.

Make sure that the UE4 import settings have: Auto Generate Collisions OFF & One Convex Hull per UCX or else you will not import your UCX collision object. You did not mention this in the tutorial and is important for your viewers.

do you need to have them inside of a group or is that unnecessary?

can you animate the collision? Like if I had like a door opening animation or something?

Does this work with Maya 2015? I don't have a send to unreal option in my version so my collisions are just the auto generated ones Unreal made.

Say I wanted more divisions in my collision mesh because I'd be using it in a spline mesh component, how do I keep those divisions from being removed on import?

Will this work if the collision mesh is conformed of multiple objects? For example, I want to export a house and be able to go through the door
