I might live all the way on the other side of the country but my dad kind of does this whenever it's his day off.

The house across the street isn't part of the HOA for some reason which I don't understand and so they can get away with crap and my dad is a mad sometimes.

The stories I hear on Reddit of people getting in trouble with the HOA sound way worse than anything that my dad would do but he is leaning on that side of things.

Reminds me of my father in law who passed away last year. Even, going blind he could see outlines. He’d complain people speeding down his street, kids on dirt bikes, know the routines of his neighbors 😂. He reminded me of Jimmy Stewart from Rear window.
