I’ve started double gloving this year as I the spice level seems more intense this year. Tomorrow I will be canning some peppers too and pepper jelly. My adult children are asking for pepper jelly
. I have one recipe for pineapple habenero jam and I have all the ingredients so that is on the list too.
I thought I had plenty of jars but I will be back on the hunt for jars. I’m hoping for some household and garage sales.

Can you can any type of hot peppers this way? I have a bunch of ghost peppers I would love to put on the shelf . Or maybe mixing different types of peppers together?

I know this is two years old this video but I want to purée my hot peppers with a little bit of green peppers with onions and garlic and I only have a water bath canner so do you have a recipe for that or how long should I water bath

I can not believe you let a child that short put hot jars into a hot canner. She is so small she could not see in the pot! In all for teaching them young but that was extremely dangerous!!!
