Yeah, he's definitely right. Because if you throw harder then you're gonna gas out quicker unless you're a cardio machine. But what really matters more than speed is the set-ups and proper form. Because when you set it up, they won't see it coming, and at the same time, you can throw hard which would KO them or hurt them.

Almost all of them are/were very fast. George Forman is literally the only KO machine that I can think of that wasn't remarkably fast.
