Rich, I’m listening; but I had to stop to say thank you so much… I just got this iPhone from my son and it has given me unbelievable problems (I’m not even talk to him anymore -?). He doesn’t have the patience and understanding like you do, and left me wonder unable to use this one or the old one, and I relay on the cellphone a lot. Could you make a much simpler video? My father needs help with TOTAL basics - how does he turn on the phone? How does he dial a phone call? What buttons does he have to push to answer a phone call?

Why did you not start with "How to call with the dial pad"? You cover advanced features when should have started with the basics for my 84 year old mom! I don't usually post flames but I can't find a really basic video and thought you might have one.

I, m using AIphone now for some years now and do use now the 15.1 IOS on it, But I never had used that IMennenger or Facetime as had usuing a other app for video calls that can connect all devices. I reasend hear that you now also can make a call to a Android phone so give it a try, but did not work, she just only see some flash of me on camera and some brocking noice, I not see or hear the other side, , all on all tried it for about 5 minute, My IPhone get real hot and the battery drained about a 40%, so because I never used Facetime anyway I was considering deleting that app, but gave it another chance to try a video call from IPhone to IPhone to my other IPhone but then also got no contact, I want it 1 more times try facetime to my sister wan, t know that she uses everything from apple and mac in professional highest price range to go find out if facetime works and what the difference is with the other apps i used, if i don't see any difference, i think facetime then I go delite be the best option
