New Combine to the Farm!!!!!!! Wheat Harvest 2021

In today's video, a new combine arrives at our farm. This combine is new to us and we are very excited! I show you the dual tires being installed and my Dad carefully driving the combine off the semi-truck trailer. We take a cab tour and also look inside the grain tank. Grandpa is looking over our new combine and he has a lot to say about it!!! LOL, We are happy it finally showed up for harvest. Dad takes the pick-up header off the trailer with our Massey Ferguson tractor and then drives the combine over and puts the pick-up header on it. This is so exciting because it is always great to have more combines in the field at harvest!!! I hope you enjoy my video and thank you for watching!!!!!

My Story…
Hello. My name is Kate Stephens, and I am a 17-year-old 4th generation Montana farmer. My family has been farming wheat in north-central Montana since my great grandfather immigrated from Denmark in 1912 and homesteaded our land. My family has been teaching me about farming since I was two years old. I run one of the combines on the farm at harvest. I believe that it is important for everyone to know where their food comes from and the families who produce it. I love our farm, and I hope that my Farm to Fashion and Farm to Table products can help educate people about where their food comes from in a fun way. That is how Kate's Ag - Farm to Fashion became a reality. I hope you love my products as much as I do because this is an extension of our farm and the grains we have been growing to feed other families for over one hundred years.

I know this video is a year old but if I could give you a little bit of advice. If you haven’t already, interview your grandfather about his parents, his life, etc. You will appreciate hearing his stories about your family history, long after he is gone. So will your family when you are older. You can never get those things back once they are gone. Keep up the good work.

When I was a kid, ('70's), my grandfather picked up a second John Deere 55 combine. He and my dad could really go to town harvesting wheat! 😜
