As per your usual efforts you have made a practical tool that is both useful and scary at the same timev. Your lathe skills, and welding skills are really coming along while your video and editing skills are reaching professional standards.

Kewl project!!! If you take the first thing you cut out of the concrete slab and cut it again you have a perfectly square block that will fit in the groove you cut in the wall for what I guess is some electrical installation. You can even polish and buff the square block for extra points! :D

Another well designed and expertly built machine. Your work is second to no one.

A cool project for sure! Although with all the airborne abrasive dust produced, those bearings won't last long since they're not sealed or even shielded. But many people will misunderstand this fairly certain this was just a proof of concept, just for fun, if not then probably just occasional use. This isn't going into production or being sold. When he makes things like this, its mostly just seat of the pants ingenuity, and working with what he's got to reach the goal.

This is a really cool tool. When I was a kid, vacationing in Mexico, I saw construction workers use a hammer to break wiring chases in a perfectly good cinder block wall. I thought there had to be a better way.

Very useful tool for construction. Generally the tracks are cut one at a time. This definitely reduces the time a workman needs to be put on cutting chases.

Remember: safety first... And that means, safety gear, safe and proper use of tools, and making sure your tool doesn't break off and becomes the blade from "I come in peace".

...отличный штроборез /мотоболгарка, мечта медвежатника/взломщика, но без синей изоленты работать не будет😉..!

nice work as usual. Can I suggest you may want to add a way to supply water to the discs when cutting concrete or stone? just a dribble on each to keep the dust down and the discs should last longer

I think this Is one of the most useful ideas for contractors and demo crews to think of....I know I would goto a machine shop for this build, great vid!

Slap on some 230mm big ole ripsaw blades for when the zombies come

You also need to make some attachment for the cooling of blade to increase blade life.

Excellent.
A cooling circuit for the stone cutting blade is required. And it can be simple and possible because the drive of the disc is not electric. The resulting dust does not rise in the air - the vacuum cleaner is removed when cutting the installation channels and the wall is ready for plastering the pipes.
The original oil pump must be deactivated - removing the drive worm?
The sproket must be welded in the chain wheel, ideally it would be to use a belt because the chain is made of steel and the steel rusts in water ...

on a chainsaw, when installing such console it is necessary to replace the air filter! stone dust is finer than sawdust, and therefore flies into the cylinder. the same when cutting metal with an abrasive disc
на бензопиле, при установке таких насадок обязательно нужно заменить воздушный фильтр! каменная пыль мельче древесных опилок, и поэтому летит в цилиндр. то же самое при пилении металла абразивным диском
