I think they should stick with Kang, regardless of who plays him. Rhodes, Hulk, and Thanos look differently from their first appearance. We got over it.

With the Multiverse and Kang’s god-like power, they just need a throwaway line like “I have to keep changing my form to evade my enemies” or whatever and it’s done. Like Voss said, if they want some else, they can just cast it and that’s it.

I was excited to see Majors play these different versions of Kang. Hoping everything works itself out.

I'm still thinking they should shoot a scene where a Doctor Doom variant manages to warp into the center of the council of Kangs, and he un-alive them all. Effectively setting the stage for a faithful take on Secret Wars.

3:58 Wow thanks for an actually RESPONSIBLE and confidently humble attitude about an ongoing investigation of other people's serious personal situation.

Too many people (especially for social media) are so impatient to have a strong judgment to express.
Accepting uncertainty, and deferring to the ACTUAL investigators and judges and people truly involved is the harder thing for some people to do.

They should lead the industry by agreeing to the writers’ terms and getting these people back in their caves.

Absolutely a hard no to a hard reset. The beauty of the MCU is how far they’ve gone & the in universe history.

Omg that idea is awful. The day that Marvel resets the MCU continuity is the day that general audiences give up on following superhero movies. You cannot get away with that bs and expect these movies to stay in the mainstream.

Obviously the bad start to phase 5 could be the biggest influence towards changing villains, but I originally thought they released the names for Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars as a way to make you think Kang would be the main Villain throughout, but I think in Kang Dynasty they always intended on finishing Kang off and introducing Doctor Doom as the main villain of secret wars

6:20 I think maybe that's why they've been tentative to make any big statements about Jonathan Majors. They then would be asked to address Josh Brolin, Jeremy Renner, Michael Douglas, Bill Murray, etc.

For now - it wouldn't be logical to make a decision until after the court hearing. The public consensus is that Majors absolutely crushed his portrayal of Kang thus far, if proven guilty or he settles, that would be the proper time to seek potential plot shifts or re-cast. If proven innocent, I believe that is still a concern that Majors would surround himself in that environment.

As someone who has been through it. I always stand up for the innocent until proven guilty.. cuz also i find myself wondering how many ppl remember what happened to Jeremy Rener? He was accused of drugs, domestic abuse, and many terrible things. But marvel waited and when it was seemed to be BS everything went forward as planned and i bet even some of the ppl calling for his head, were then sending their "ThOuGhTs AnD pRaYeRs" to him after his accident.. so just a little hope for anyone who wants majors to stay.

I hope Johnathan Majors is found innocent and will continue to play Kang while the writers can get the respect and payment they deserve

Someone who I see that can play Kang is Moon Knight himself, Oscar Isaac. The versatility is there since he's played Apocalypse before.

Kang is one of those characters that he can be super cool and complex or just a basic villain. Marvel needs to dive into his backstory and grab from some comic stories so we like him.

Bring in Dr Doom and booom there you go

The clean slate thing didn't do anything for DC except piss a lot of people off and make it more confusing over there. I don't know why Marvel would ever want to emulate that.

What’s actually interesting is deadpool 3 just started filming Ryan Reynolds love to improvise but he can’t due to the writers strike and ironically the last time Hugh Jackman and Reynolds worked together the first writers strike happened

Can you imagine the hype for Secret Wars if we knew going in that there would be permanent deaths of most of the cast?
