Lawyer of nun accused of adultery speaks out

The nuns computer and phone was confiscated and the diocese has been closed to the public.

Even if a nun broke her vows, it is never okay to make it public. It is handled within the Congregation for Religious Life and the head of the community. If this bishop went public with this accusation, SHAME ON HIM. He obviously doesn't know his place in life.

This is such a disrespectful accusation, especially under the circumstances. They can find one cloistered nun breaking her vow of chastity, from a wheelchair even, but none of these other perverts in all their health and

What am I missing here ? Adultery is defined as sex between a married person and someone who is not the spouse. Neither of these people are married.

Politics within the faith more dispels the faith than ever nourishes it. I can understand why hanky panky does not enhance the sanctimony that the faith thrives upon, but some things you gotta let slide, like water under a bridge. It is sad to see ill intent, and bad blood in the same body. Call a doctor.
