U guys r lucky in America well some states that I see anyway..at 22 I just finished university and had a daughter bless you I always thought u can buy a house when u settled in late 20s. Just turnt 30 and about to buy my own house too...In the UK we need 10% and in London our house prices r no joke. I decided to move out of London and now the UK introduced 5%for first time buyers so I've got that cash and more. I'm gonna buy me and my kids a home now and I came across this video. Bless you!! I dont even know you never watched a video but well done to you... buy another one rent it out travel girl and come back amazing!!!

For my first place I will be buying a home. A lot of the apartments are only $100 less a month than a mortgage. Utilities may not be included but it’s so worth it for a house.

My husband and I just started the process of buying a new build. You were not lying about the different people and phone calls. I cant keep up. We are suppose to close in late August or early September 2020. I'm excited. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner when we were younger. Now 17 1/2 years in about to buy our first home.

Buying is a great choice for those young people that KNOW they'll be working and living at one home for years. Selling isn't always easy. Whereas an apartment will be much easier to move out of within a year max. Congrats on your new home!!!!

I live with my parents right now as I finish up with college, but I am trying to decide whether I want to rent or buy when I move out. Prior to moving back home, I lived on my own in an apartment for over 3 years and when I added up what I paid in those 3 years; it was over $17, 000 living there. In my opinion it is such a waste, because I was helping someone else when I could have been helping myself. Now, my dilemma is where would I want to live more than 3 years if I do purchase a home. I love your video!
