How to Turn Tesla Seats into Office Chairs!

Total cost of the project (minus cost of seat) was around $100. Salvage seats usually run between $400-800 on eBay and typically comes with a hefty shipping cost if not sourced locally.

 Here is the parts list for this project:

Base -

Hardware - 
4 - 2-1/2” long 5/16” diameter bolts
4 - 1-1/2” long 5/16” diameter bolts
16 - 5/16” flat washers
8 - 5/16” nyloc nuts

Metal - 3/4”x3/4” square tubing, 1/8” wall thickness. Two pieces cut to18.75”, two pieces cut to 8.5”

I’ve got a MS pre-facelift 2015. I’m trying to change the rear bench seat to a 2018 seat. Having a problem getting the old seat out. It’s well stuck. Is there any wiring for heated seat or seat belt warning that might have different type plugs I’m wondering.

Can you please let me know how to manually adjust the recline, like with a wrench or something. I dont change the recline often so manual adjustment once should work.

Any info on how to power the driver seat with the memory seat module? Graphics to figure out what is what? Can you apply power to the msm alone and trick it by applying a signal voltage?
