You need to work on your backend servers it's really bad. I can get alerts and see them but it takes forever to see a live view.

Seems to have the same features. 2k vs 4k (who really cares?). Plus I bet it has the same high price. Premium price not a premium product in my opinion. Have lots of Arlo products but I probably would have invested Ring or Nest given the choice again.

DO NOT BUY ARLO they discontinue and deactivate the cameras you buy every 4 years. So your cameras will only last 4 years. Look up their EOL policy.

Haven't had a bad experience with this company but I've seen comments by service reps' that would prevent me from purchasing additional merchandise from this company. Especially the rep who refers to himself as "jguerdat" who refers to himself as SuperGuru". The service reps have no respect for the people their suppose to help. Sadly, we're part of the problem for not reporting these people to Arlo. Just so you know "jguerdat" has been reported to Arlo but that doesn't mean they will do anything about it.

Take a look at their Facebook page and the Community Forum. Nothing but problems since they updated the app. This is an expensive system and it seems their support is severely lacking and their developers aren't very good.

arlo sucks, I have cameras not even a year and after 3months the video quality is grainy, I now here a static or a bag crunching. It is so horrible.... I attempted to contact support and they want me each time to climb high and remove them off the mounts which were installed professionally just to run diagnoses smh. I should of brought ring, then night vision also went away I can barely see anyone at night also Freezes the video, put it this way I can’t see anything at night arlo sucks
