Another good easy veg sandwich is just sliced cucumber with salt, pepper and ranch dressing. Or beef steak tomato, salt, pepper and butter. Very simple, quick, easy and light sandwiches for hot summer days! Pair with a glass of milk and you’re all set.

If you can find a feta cheese, it will make it closer to Balkan sandwich instead of a mozzarella. Also, you can add a little bit of ham and butter for a high-class Balkan sandwich.
