RE: your hormones. I highly recommend reading the book period power by Maisie Hill it’s an incredible book that breaks down the science of the menstrual cycle in such a useful, easy to understand way and might help you figure out what is going on for you and what you could do to tackle it. Obviously be good to get to a specialist to just check over things, but honestly that book is so good.

I'm so happy that you are sharing what happens to a woman's body after childbirth. You being vulnerable and sharing the reality of body changes after pregnancy really helps other women feel that they are not alone. Our own mothers should have done a better job teaching us that our bodies will change forever due to pregnancy and childbirth. As a mother of boys, I taught my son's early, around age 6 about monthly periods and how they can affect a woman's body and mood and that they are ALWAYS to be caring, kind and compassionate. I also taught them about pregnancy and the changes that will happen to the woman's body. I even told them that boobs are meant for feeding babies and not just for their pleasure. LoL
They are grown men now ages 46 and 43. They are both wonderful men.

Would you ever consider hiring a stylist ❓ They’re really good at picking out clothes that flatter you. There are online services and Even department stores have them. Maybe a local consultant. This would make a great video series!

I have ovulation pain like that, too. When my husband and I decided to start trying to get pregnant and I went off birth control pills, I had no idea what that pain was. I ended up getting my appendix taken out because the doctor didn't know what else could be so painful in that area. Somehow, I managed to get pregnant that same month, too. I just wanted to tell you that i think it's unfortunately more common than we think. It sucks!!
