GED Math Test 2021: 5 practice GEOMETRY questions (1)

In this GED math 2021 practice test, I go over nothing but GEOMETRY! The following topics are covered: Area of a rectangle, Area of composite figures, Circumference of a circle when the diameter is given, the Pythagorean Theorem, and the Volume of a Sphere when the radius is given. I also show you step by step how use the GED calculator when needed.

I’m a bit confused. Why in question#1
do you look for the formula of area when you’re being asked to find for the width, don’t you have to look for the formula width of a rectangle? For example in question #3 which is a similar problem, you’re being asked to find the circumference of the circle and you go straight to look the formula circumference of a circle.
