Sir one region which you didn't cover much is Africa. There are many interesting stories there as well... Like Nigeria's economics, China's Africa strategy, Boko Haram (which we know very little about), the Capetown problem, African protests against China (I was amazed to learn that African economies only owe a few million dollars to China and are literally economically enslaved) etc.

Big thanks to Shekarji for sharing the latest news videos. All mentioned videos were good and true to the title “Cut the clutter”. Glad to know it's not just me interested in global news (too). Thank you for delivering these unbiased & non appeasing shows covering various current topics and also not shying from calling out on authorities. I’ve gained lot of knowledge/insights from SG’s videos & shared wisdom. Wishing SG & your team a great 2022 in advance. Also my hello to Denzil and your other pets.

I m a 24 year student who is watching your content from the last 3 years.
Great fan of your work.
Your journalism is more powerful than the content presented by many of the News Channel

Hi sir,

I would like you to know that I have watched every one of your CTC episodes. More often than not, I am not able to watch them on the same day, but I do eventually catch up. I have a very different take on the conclusion that you have drawn based on the viewership of your episodes on the many diverse topics that you cover. I, personally, don't watch a CTC episode on the North East or on International politics because I am interested in them. I am, but that is not why I watch them. I watch them because you deemed that issue worthy enough to be covered on CTC on that particular day. That is all there is. I cannot stand to watch news on tv nowadays because of the negativity I see there. I, only watch CTC, and read InShorts on my mobile. In fact, I have found myself quite unaware of an issue of the day if CTC has not covered it in an episode.

Anyway, my point was that I believe that the fact that viewership has remained consistent on various CTC episodes is a testament to the fact that we, your audience, trust you. And, frankly, I am yet to see you disappoint us.

Finally, sir, a Happy New Year!

My team and I realised the potential of CTC early on and started off with the Nexon EV ads. After I moved out of the company, looks like someone on the Kia Team realised that it was a good idea and took on where we left off! I still never miss a single episode and donate modestly when I can. Bravo, keep it up!

Came to know of Cut The Clutter through a friend last year, when you were talking about the relationship between religious congregations & COVID cases. Have been hooked to your programme ever since. What a treat for the mind. Wish you good health & vitality. Waiting for many more of your scintillating analysis & interviews.

1. Stories about our history combined with Shekar Ji's personal Stories 2. Indian current affairs and politics, 3. International politics. These have been my go to topic in The Print this year in that particular order. Thank you Shekhar ji and team for bringing such wonderful and insightful information to us. Love your 1 to 1 discussions like off the cuff or headlines k peeche kya he. In today's media where we have only noise you guys are the ones that bring sanity like a calm breeze. Forever grateful.

Also as always Love the garden Shekhar ji. Missing the dogs who used to feature sometimes. 😃

Shekhar jee,
You are a shining example for journalists for how to get across your point to the viewers without shouting at the top of one’s voice creating cacophonous environment. You are certainly a benchmark to others not necessarily just journalists on how to make your presentation rich of quality content and excellent on delivery. I hope to learn from you.

Absolutely love CTC...my husband and I work from home and are stuck to our screens and fones the whole day...CTC is extremely refreshing, relaxing and nurturing. I specially love the way you narrate it like a story, holding the attention of someone like me who loses interest super soon:) Thank you for awesome, research backed journalism 👍🏾 My favourites were the analyses on Farm laws, Indo- Chinese dynamics and wuhan-virus origin.

Thankyou Shekhar sir and team ThePrint for this quality journalism. I can say with utmost surity tht i hv not missed any of ur CTC or National interest this year...
I list some of interesting lines i remember from these episodes..
1. Jis desh ka raja vyapari..us desh ki praja bhikhari.

2. Tum agar mujhko na chaho to koi baat nahi...tum kisi aur ko chahoge to mushkil hogi.

3. Leave Af-Pak to Pak.

4. Chinese are very smart, they indicate left but turns right.

5. Chin pidit samaj.

6. Is hamaam me sabhi nange hain.

7. Dil behlane ko galib, ye khayal achha hai.

8. When ur American friend did some minor help with ur Royal Enfield...nd u asked...how did u do this, u must b engineer!
To which he replied, "I m American".
Tells a lot abt the DIY culture.

List js long..but these are some, i can recall at this moment..

I wish Good health to u nd great succes for ThePrint. Happy New Year.

Thanks so much print for this wonderful year of journalism. It has been great year indeed my wonderful moments were watching on ground reports from Afghanistan while Afgan cities were Falling to Taliban. 👍 Kudos to everyone working day and night to make everything happen. Thank #theprint for fair, factual, unbiased and un-hyphenated reporting through out the year. Thank you Shekarji also for your headline ke piche kya h and off the cuff interactions.

I would especially like to commend your ground reporters, who fought the perils of Taliban (Ms Nayanima Basu), COVID, increasingly intolerant administrations to bring the stories from ground

This has been tough, tiring and trying year for most of us. I hope new year brings, if not anything, relief and respite from COVID, and joy, happiness and Peace.
