Great technique, I must get back to doing this again—starting tonight. Actually, I learnt this in a Silva weekend training and booklet. The difference was that in the morning, you give thanks for receiving the solution, as if you have already or not. Gratitude is a powerful addition to Intention

This is so ancient and shows up in a number of different traditions with slightly different wording, but works so frequently it can't be coincidence. Thank you for sharing it with the world without charging $ or expecting anything in return. People need these tools. Water has memory we are made of water! When you speak to water and drink it, you are drinking your word of thought! When it enters the body the water is the solution and has the solution because you spoke the words into it’s existence! Even to people that read the Bible…If you pay attention to the beginning of the Bible and even what Jesus spoke he teaches this! We are all one with everything! We can do just what Jesus did! The bible still has kept a lot of wisdom for people but people just don’t seem to understand. The universe the ocean 🌊 every thing on earth! We are one with! We are all energy! If you focus on ANYTHING as you are trying to fall asleep it will manifest. If you want to talk to or see a loved one who has passed away or even someone alive you miss, if you focus on them and the conversation you want to have with them, you will meet in your dream . The moment you wake up, write down your dream and you have your answer. It takes a couple of days especially if you've never tried this before but keep trying, I get answers easily but I have practiced this for years . Keep practicing this and you will have your answer! You forgot to mention that you need to tell the people to make sure their fingers tips from the left hand DON'T TOUCH the finger tips from the right hand, 😆. Also the 2nd thing you forgot to mention is that you need to sleep with the rest of the cup of water by your head on the table, 😆. + the 3rd thing you for got to mention is that solution can also be heard from people talking around you the next day, According to LSQ/LAURA SILVA QUESADA, 😆.
