I did it once and saw results. My son was addicted to drinking diet coke. He is very health conscious but he was getting worse with this bad habit. Just buying it all the time. I didn’t know how to stop it. I did one session with the glass and a sticky note. Then i just waited. Soon after he just stopped. I haven’t seen him with the can anymore he is drinking just sparkling water, much healthier choice. Haven’t said a word to him. I had similar results with other things after i just did one session. It’s scary almost and I should be using it more often.
