Activating the thalamus, thymus and pineal glands all at once, or "the God within". Pretty cool idea. You should be able to do this while touching the thymus and pineal gland areas while looking up, as well. Old yogi trick.

Thank you. I have situation where I can’t keep the bottle next to my bed, as it my problem pertains to my partner and it would disturb her if I say it. So question is does the bottle have to be next to the bed, or can I do this technique on the bottle and say it in a different room and then go to my bed in another room.

So let's solve my problem. I don't know you but wath happend to me was when i saw you i was hit by lightning as soft as a marsmello as warm as a pile of goose fedders and mij intuition told me i heve to be with you. Now the problem is that i live in the Netherlands and i gues you live in the States. So tonigh i will take a glass of water hold it in the position you said it and give the problem to the water. The first thing i will do when i wake up is think of you, hold up the glass of water say what you mentioned and I will be with you for the rest of my mortel life and the life after that. Did you apply this method only for 1 problem 1 time? Or you can apply for 2-3 problems (drinking several times a few water)...?
