This week I am going to make food for my friend roman! His mom doesn't have any food at home and the food he gets at school is said to be mostly only the food he ever gets, so I always pack 2 lunch boxes, so then he can have more food!

Omg the tik tok where they just put candy and deserts is so accurate 😂. They’ll give fruit snacks, candy for “dessert”, fruits high on natural sugar, a cookie fruit bar, a pb and j, and like carrot sticks( sugar) with a side of ranch. And don’t forget the sugar juice. And then they put tooth pick choking hazards all over.

Sorry if there is something I miss but why is there so much processed food? That's for children! That's how you make grazing adults used to have crisps for lunch every day!
Why not making a big batch of mac and cheese to freeze and heat every day for example ? Cheaper, tastier and healthier!
