I wonder if the Dragon Warrior/Quest remakes will inspire Sega to do something with the Phantasy Star series. That would certainly be a welcome retelling of a story that shouldn’t be lost to time.

My Wishlist for 2022:

Falcom getting their head out their bum and releasing trails in the sky trilogy in a single cartridge

Xenoblade X finally coming to the Switch

SquareEnix pulling their head out their bum and giving us pixel remaster collection of FF 1-6

Atlus finally porting P5R, P4G and giving us a definitive P3 that combines the best of FES and P3P

Zenithia trilogy and DQ 7 and 8 port. Would be nice to get a remake of DQ 9 so we can finally marathon it on switch.

SMT IV double pack and SMT devil survivor overclocked/record breaker double pack would be nice.

DQ12 has to be on at least Nintendos next gen console because its proven that Dragon Quest sells better on Nintendo platforms compared to Playstation

Can't get enough of SMT V either. Hoping we get DQ XII for Switch. I'm good with either a port of X or just XBC 3. Looking forward to more Persona updates. And Pokèmon Legends Arceus is a Day 1 game IMO

Im actually playing Xenoblade X on WiiU and omg! I was blown away by it! Its so good too much to say, but the online is fully active and lots of people are playing its so good! So if you have it and want to play dont delay ^_^ I love Xenoblade X love it!

By the time Dragon Quest 12 comes out we'll most likely be on the next Nintendo system, which will probably be capable of Unreal Engine 5.

Love Dragon Quest, I've played every title except X, and beaten every title except VII, But IX was my favorite, I'm glad to see the series grow. I also wanna see a new Golden Sun!

I actually prefer Xenoblade Chronicles X best xenoblade game ever made, I still play it to this day because its just so big I didn't do it 100% just yet. I also think that Xenoblade Chronicles X has better graphics than the switch xenoblade 1 and 2 which is hilarious imo the Wii-U uses older hardware, think they need to change the game engine to make it look good again like X.

Man, I've been wanting to replay Dragon Quest XI S for a while now that seeing those clips in this video is making me want to do that sooner rather than later

As for Dragon Quest III Remake, what I hope they do is make the game more story driven akin to the later Dragon Quest games. It won't be a deal breaker or anything since I'll still be getting it, but it would be nice if they did that.

For next year I am planning to play more rpgs even most of the final fantasy games, that means I’m excited to explore more of the persona games and smt games, and of course dragon quest and chrono trigger

I was hoping the hero (you) could be male or female in the latest DQ.
I wish they gave that choice from Sentinels of Starry sky so I'd be more inclined to play their games.
I'm more interested in the DQ: Monsters spin off, truthfully.
And hoping again, for a choice of gender for the monster tamer.

I still want DQ12/DQ3's remake to be on all 3 PS4/PS5/Switch even if I only own a PS4 out of all 3 heck the FF1 to 6 Pixel versions should have BEEN released on all 3 instead of just via Mobile/Steam ONLY already.

I would love a new SMT game! SMT V is amazing. I’m hoping it will eventually go multi platform. I’d like to see games in the future not trapped on a single platform. That way as many people will be playing these games as possible.

I will gladly pay $60 for Persona 3 and Persona 4 each if it means we get a physical Switch release. Will definitely get my money’s worth
