After 30yrs+ of feeling bad after eating "bad" foods, i told myself "what's done is done" and to move on. Has been a gamechanger for me.

I have listened to a million diet videos and books and this is one of the best videos I've ever heard. Thank you I'm also a registered nurse and it made sense from a medical perspective

Thank you thank you thank you for sharing your stories!!! We really do need each other!! In my journey I’ve lost 60 lbs so far over 7 months but still have 110 to go just to reach a healthy weight. I’m proud of what I’ve done so far but I do get into little “slumps” and get discouraged and self sabotage. I needed this today!!!! Thank you again 😭

I'm 67, was pescatarian for about 10 years, then vegan for the last 3-4 years. I remember being on a mission to find and try as many alternatives to all the foods I liked, mostly junk food. I've put on about 10-15 pounds. This is helping me so much as I've been trying out different PBWF channels and yours is so relatable. Thank you.

Thank you for uploading this wonderful video. Andrea is very honest and Jeremy allows her to tell her story. Which is a skill most interviewers lack. Please keep uploading these true stories.

At the start of this video, I could not fathom just how heartwarming, inspiring, and encouraging this video would be. I'm halfway through, and I just feel so positive about my weight loss goals and as I consider a WFPB journey.

This was helpful from 2 people who have lived through it. I am half way there and I was going to do raw vegan to get off the last 50 but I do not like the whole thing just parts of it but was going to try and push through it. This helped me realize the other 50 will come off it’s a marathon not a sprint and the thought of only raw food is really not that appealing in the long haul-no shade on people that enjoy it. I will stick with WFPB slowly but surely. I already do a bunch of exercise so good there.

I LOVED this interview!! I learned so much that I know will help me. I jotted down some notes.
The video was long. Ipit in my water proof earbuds, cleaned the garage, showered, dropped off donations and recycle center from clean up all while still listening to you guys. It was long but SO valuable. So glad you allowed your guest to give all her information and not cut her off or end the interview early.

I always dread thinking about having to exercise... And for that reason I haven't been exercising most days... I love how Andrea reframed how she views exercise - as an opportunity we get to have. Wow, this makes sense. ---Exercise allows us the opportunity to be in our body and discover what our body can do... Thank you Jeremy and Andrea for the inspiration!

Whoa… her story resonates so much with me - that moment where you see yourself and recognize your size for the first time - dissociate from that in the moment, but that switch is flipped. Phew. Phenomenal story. Ty to the both of you for sharing.

This is so inspirational. Fellow Canadian here from New Brunswick. I have had 3 C-Sections and have that lower belly sag. This is the best channel. I have lost 35 lbs since October 11th 2023. One day at a time.

I loved this interview because it was honest and straight forward. The reality is not all Veganism is healthy! I mean Oreo’s are technically vegan. I love whole food plant based especially mostly raw. Has eliminated my fibromyalgia symptoms, healed my heart disease and fatty liver. Love these interviews they help me stay plant based
