A better metric would be sessions which went official. That data set would be massive but there is a MASSIVE difference between F4/F3 which have five splits on a track like RedbullRing compared to MoSport with the Grand Prix Legends which only goes official once a week, so there is literally just one race with it.

lol I also got the RUF. It's the closest thing they have to a classic Porsche 911, but I did regret it... like most cars I bought. Tracks are easier to justify because even the experience of learning a new track is worth it but cars are useless unless they have an active series that you commit to. TestDrive is more than enough to satisfy the urge to drive something weird.

Lately, almost all of my track purchases have been due to league races running at a particular location. That is the “worry” with track purchases if you do mostly leagues is that official usage rate.

I remember doing an 86 race at knockhill and it was a blast for lower powered cars it's a great circuit wish it got used. Sending it up that blind hill is amazing

I think Zolder will see a resurgence with the reskin. If I remember correctly it was a very common track in the early 2010s and until now, it and Spa were two of the most dated-looking tracks on the service. On the other hand, it could end up dying out soon, like Zandvoort.

I haven’t bought a track in over a year… they just die almost immediately or there’s no participation which is almost worse if it is on the schedule a lot

most of lower tracks on this list that i have were because my dad bought them because he wanted to race it or its a nascar track

Bought the Coliseum track mainly for sentimental value since I live in LA and went to 2 of the 3 Clash races there, which were a blast. I knew I was essentially burning 15 bucks but I've since got good mileage out of it through practice and AI races (usually LMSC and SK Mods). No complaints.

My worst purchase was the new corvette z06 gtr. Only bought it to run the spa 24 with some friends, had a terrible race, and I tend to not run gt3 in iracing because I run a lot of ACC.
Best purchase was the fr500s mustang. Used it to prep for a champ car race at sebring and I have to say, it translated almost 1-1 to the car we were driving. It also has been a lot of fun in the production car series and the mustang challenge
