I like your video but just a few things I'm picking up on while watching this:

1. I think you should make this clearer that this is a sponsored video you're getting paid to do. You mention it off hand for 5 seconds in a 14 min video. I think if you're trying to be genuine with your viewers, you should make it clear that this is an advertisement.

2. You seem scared to criticize Ford. I'm sure it's intimidating to point out problems when working with a big manufacturer especially when they're paying you money. But you should be honest when reviewing something even if it's an ad. You mention that the wireless charger wasn't working but you're basically trying to let them off the hook by saying "maybe I'm doing something wrong." It's a wireless charger...it shouldn't be complicated. A regular person should be able to put their phone down on it and it should be working. If it's not working, just say it wasn't working. Don't try to make it seem like it might be your fault for something as simple as a wireless charger.

3. You talked about range and price. You said 260 miles is a good range. However if you're going to recommend this to people, you should note competitors that have way higher range per charge at comparable prices. This goes back to my point about understanding that this is an ad versus an unbiased review.
