Sirisia MP moves to Court of Appeal seeking release

Sirisia MP John Waluke's appeal against his 67 year jail term comes up for hearing next Wednesday in a fresh fight to avert the lengthy prison sentence. Through his lawyers Waluke wants the court of appeal to quash the lower court’s decision to jail him for 67 years terming the penalty as excessive. Waluke who will be appearing before a three judge bench led by Justice Asike Makhandia is also asking for release on bail during the duration of his appeal

Set Walukhe free!! There shouldn't be biased selective justice in the hypocrisy of " fighting corruption" in Kenya. There are so many thieves leading "honorable" lives who remain untouchable.
