I had to laugh, after promising complete transparency on this, when asked the name of this newly appointed official in the ranks of NASA who's been assigned to focus on the UAP phenomenae, the name was not revealed. Now why in the world would their name not be disclosed? ... is that what they call transparency? By the way, one need look no further than the countless Apollo moon photos, and even more abundantly, the recent Mars rover(s) photos, being so obviously obfuscated by the agency, to see NASA's past dedication to so-called "transparency".
