some people looked at it ands till walked past. I understand that some might have not had change or might not have been able to buy some food to give to the person holding the mirror, but some walked past with the same look on their face as when they walked towards the person.
That was a powerful shot with the kid staring at the mirror, by the way.

Lots of people have run into poor people begging for money on the street. Some just drink it up, some are threatening, and some are swindlers who pretends to be poor. With knowledge like that it is no wonder people ignore poor people. They are simply protecting themselves from threatening situations. It has nothing to do with empathy.

What were the objective results, and did you control, and have the same thing replicated in other areas? Curious.

I don't understand how some people walked by and had rude faces while looking at the sign and person

Some of the homeless found happiness all on their own, but it's just not functional. Coming from a guy who lived in his car with a full time job.
