In this video you will see a glimpse of how cars are fixed in Pakistan. I took my fathers Hyundai Santro to a market called sector G8- Markaz in Islamabad where you can see alot of open air car fixing.

Imagine i paid $15 in labor to change the clutch plate. It took him almost the whole day to do the job. I didn't negotiate, it is what he has asked.

I paid $33 for the parts, clutch plate and pressure plate

very interessting, thank you for this video... here in Germany, the mechanichs repair the car by simply replacing the old with new parts. There is no real repair anymore. For Example 7:23. another example: Instead of changing the bulb, the whole headlightsystem is changed. It is more expensive to change than to repair, thats the system here.
