The honest truth is that there is no better university than the University of Hard Knocks and doing exactly what you did, Graham. The get rich by Tuesday mentality often results in a poor by Wednesday result. From pure experience and wisdom gained from others, the equation to wealth is actually really simple: Consistency + Patience = wealth. Not necessarily how much I am making, but how am I saving and moreover growing my dollar over time.. Don't be fooled by the allure of those who "made it."
